The Personal Information provided through the AQER2 webpage is information which can be used, individually or collectively, to identify a person. The name, age, born-date, sex, email, telephone number, address, biometry, ethnic origin, employment record, training records, licenses, certifies, ID number and the financial information used to process payments, among others; will be considered as Personal Information.
Anonymous, not associated or combined information will not be considered as Personal, in which the data does not allow to identify or link with the person reasonably.

The electronic systems of AQER2 such as email, website, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, among others); can gather data automatically through “cookies” which can be used for identification. Cookies are website data which can include the Internet Protocol address, the wifi details and the user data that are gathered while accessing to the websites. Cookies provide an analysis of the system and support to companies with the site maintenance or to the operative system requirements. External Suppliers
For data storage, payment process, human resources management, commercial operations, analysis, business requirements, among others; AQER2 can use external suppliers. These suppliers will have access to the Personal Information in benefit of the commercial relationships of all stakeholders and AQER2. Anyway, the Personal Information is stored under the applicable legal requirements and by means of confidential agreements.
Access, amendment, cancellation and opposition (ARCO in Spanish)
Your Personal Information is processed and used for the purposed defined in this Privacy Notice and in accordance with the law of Federal Protection for Personal Data under Possession of Parties in Mexico (LFPDPPP in Spanish) and it is subject to the following rights of ARCO:

By reasonable justification, transparent and without prejudice of any applicable law; your Personal Information could be deleted by notice in writing. Despite the latter, AQER2 reserves its rights to review the grounds of your request and will determine if your Personal Information should be withdrawn.
